About The Position

The CAM Collective is a growing platform of community association management companies. We partner with strong regional operators and provide shared services, capital, and strategic infrastructure so Member Companies can scale without losing local expertise or service quality. A core part of our growth strategy is disciplined tuck-in acquisitions. To support that growth, TCC operates a centralized Tuck-in-as-a-Service (TaaS) function that handles post-close integration, allowing operating teams to stay focused on day-to-day community management. The TaaS Manager leads acquisition integration for The CAM Collective. This role owns the process of onboarding newly acquired portfolios into existing Member Companies, including data migration, banking transitions, technology onboarding, and customer communications. This is a high-impact role for a highly organised, process-driven leader who thrives in fast-growth environments. You will build and run a repeatable integration playbook that allows the organization to execute multiple acquisitions per month while minimizing disruption to operating teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, operations, or M&A integration.
  • Strong process design skills with experience building SOPs and scalable workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience managing complex data migrations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • You build systems, not one-off solutions.
  • You are comfortable driving change while maintaining strong relationships.
  • You stay calm and solutions-oriented when timelines are tight and information is incomplete.
  • You approach integrations with empathy for acquired teams and clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HOA or condominium community association management.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Vantaca, CINC, or Caliber.
  • Prior exposure to property management portfolio integrations and financial structures.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the TaaS integration playbook for tuck-in acquisitions.
  • Lead end-to-end integration efforts from LOI through stabilization, targeting a 60-day onboard cycle and ongoing monitoring 90 days post closing.
  • Manage TaaS project managers and administrative resources supporting integrations.
  • Oversee data migrations, banking transitions, and technology onboarding across acquired portfolios.
  • Partner with Member Company Presidents to assess operational readiness and staffing capacity before close.
  • Support 90 day post-close stabilization by identifying operational risks, service gaps, and data issues, and escalating them appropriately.
  • Track and report integration success metrics, including timelines, retention, and readiness.
