About The Position
Responsible for providing exceptional guest service, computer entries and poker games clerical work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Enter all poker guest's playing ratings in the computer. · Taking reservations in the Poker Room, including but not limited to answering phones, greeting guests, monitoring poker room for vacant seats, general housekeeping of poker room. · Perform all task is that may be assigned in the future. · Must be minimally 21 years old. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT · Regular face-to-face interaction with guests as well as over the phone; · Work is performed in an area of limited access space on the casino floor; · Management contact is required; · Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality. · Requires prolonged standing and walking through the shift; · Requires excellent guest service skills and have a professional demeanor.
