About The Position

Responsible for providing exceptional guest service, computer entries and poker games clerical work.

Requirements

• Regular face-to-face interaction with guests as well as over the phone
• Work is performed in an area of limited access space on the casino floor
• Management contact is required
• Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality.
• Requires prolonged standing and walking through the shift
• Requires excellent guest service skills and have a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Enter all poker guest's playing ratings in the computer.
• Taking reservations in the Poker Room, including but not limited to answering phones, greeting guests, monitoring poker room for vacant seats, general housekeeping of poker room.
• Perform all task is that may be assigned in the future.
• Must be minimally 21 years old.
