About The Position

The Table Games Dealer role involves the exciting responsibility of dealing table games professionally while delivering excellent guest service, creating an engaging and enjoyable gaming environment that ensures patrons have a memorable and positive experience.

Requirements

Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Has 6+ months of prior relevant experience in dealing multiple table games experience working in a similar resort setting

Nice To Haves

Preferred knowledge of 3 core games Blackjack/Carnival Roulette, Baccarat and Craps

Responsibilities

Deal one or more Game Types proficiently, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and variations
Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions; accurately exchange cash or markers for chips; collect losing bets, pays winning bets, and collect commission based on game dealt
Communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game
Notify supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and makes resolution only at the direction of the supervisor
Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management
