This role supports and analyzes Tactical Data Link (TDL) operations across the Pacific Northwest Tactical Training Range (PNWTTR). Coordinates with Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) stakeholders throughout system configuration, mission planning, and execution, while contributing to daily range operations. Participates in regular staff meetings to provide system status updates and report on the resolution of recurring technical issues. Provides operational and maintenance support for all computer information systems, data processing hardware, and software associated with TDL and LVC capabilities. Assists with configuration management activities, including hardware and software installation, system updates, and documentation. Manages Link‑16 frequency utilization and inputs required data into deconfliction systems. Identifies necessary COMSEC keys and performs additional COMSEC duties as assigned. Delivers training and technical guidance to PNWTTR operators, mission coordinators, and visiting units on Link‑16 and related TDL capabilities, system behavior, procedures, and best practices. Develops reports and briefings that summarize TDL performance, system deficiencies, operational issues, and investment requirements to support PNWTTR programs, system improvements, and modernization initiatives.
