About The Position

Leidos is hiring a Tactical Systems Operator (TSO / 1A8X2) Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) Mode Instructor to support the 363rd ISRW / 361st ISRG / 25th IS at Hurlburt Field, FL. This role is central to preparing and certifying the Air Force’s next generation of cryptologic operators. Role Overview The instructor delivers Mode 1–3 ACCT training, conducts initial and recurring certifications, and develops Cryptologic Mission Certification Training (CMCT) curriculum. You’ll also serve as a subject matter expert for the Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE) Aircrew Training Device, ensuring training reflects real‑world mission demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience).
  • Aircrew experience and SIGINT systems operation.
  • Experience with high‑value target analysis databases.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance.
  • Prior A‑STG operator experience.
  • Mode Instructor Certification in at least one Mode and Operator Certifications in two Modes (1–3), with ability to certify in all.
  • Strong understanding of TSO mission and Mode certification processes.
  • Experience training with the Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ISR/SIGINT instruction and conduct certification evaluations for TSOs.
  • Develop and update CMCT courseware and TSE training scenarios.
  • Track and implement changes to Mode certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with ISRG units and Intelligence Community partners.
  • Support advanced TTP development and evaluate emerging technologies for SIGINT training integration.
