We are seeking a self-starting, motivated, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruiting operations, sourcing, and people programs. This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in building a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition while supporting a fast-paced hiring environment. The position emphasizes delivering a compliant, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position is based in Aliso Viejo, CA and requires working onsite at least three days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook, Calendar, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule periodically as needed
  • Must be local to Aliso Viejo, CA and able to work onsite at least three days per week

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or HR operations
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred but not required
  • Experience creating documentation or training materials

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other tools
  • Support candidate outreach and pipeline management
  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars across multiple stakeholders
  • Support recruitment kickoff meetings with hiring managers
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring stages in the ATS
  • Support job postings, data entry, and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across recruiting data
  • Create and maintain recruiting process guides and user documentation
  • Support ATS and recruiting training for hiring managers and interviewers
  • Maintain recruiting trackers, reports, and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support cross-functional coordination related to employment offers
  • Partner with Finance on salary details and approvals
  • Assist with offer tracking and documentation
  • Support employee relations and People Operations initiatives as needed
  • Assist with coordination and administration of the intern program
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition SharePoint site and ensure content is up to date
  • Partner with Marketing on all-hands meetings and hiring-related communications
