Your Mission & Key Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your mission is to create an exceptional candidate experience and provide seamless support to our Talent Acquisition department. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and new hires, handling most communications via phone and email. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help keep our hiring process running smoothly.

Requirements

  • You are a people person who genuinely enjoys helping others and making them feel welcome.
  • You thrive in administrative work, are highly organized, and can manage multiple priorities independently.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly—both in writing and over the phone.
  • You bring a background in hospitality or customer service (HR experience is helpful but not required).
  • You are tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems, and eager to support technology-driven improvements.
  • You exercise sound judgment and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information or escalating issues.
  • You take pride in delivering outstanding service and are committed to upholding confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls to the Talent Acquisition department, documenting each call accurately in our system, and promptly informing TA Managers of important updates.
  • Exercising discretion in escalating calls to the hiring team, ensuring urgent matters are addressed efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinating and scheduling applicant, interview, and onboarding steps, ensuring all processes move forward efficiently and candidates remain informed.
  • Providing timely updates and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, making them feel valued and informed.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and managing confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate and new hire experience.
  • Assisting with the implementation and coordination of new Talent Acquisition systems, including supporting training, troubleshooting, and process documentation to ensure a smooth transition for the team.
