About The Position

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing critical administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers, and serves as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams. The incumbent assists in coordinating recruiting activities in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an important role in providing future and fellow RAYUS Radiology team members with a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Human Resources certification
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems, such as ADP.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with TA Specialists, hiring managers, and HR team members to ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the selection and hiring process.
  • Schedules phone, video, and on-site interviews, including team interviews and across multiple time zones
  • Publishes and updates job postings and job advertisements on a variety of sources such as job boards, Linkedin, school & industry sites.
  • Sources active and passive candidates via applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn, referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
  • Assists with promotional events such as open houses, outreach and community events, tours, exhibits, and other career related events
  • Assists TA Specialists with the offer process including preparing offer documentation, sign-on bonus and relocation letters, tracking and communicating candidate offer acceptance, updating candidate status in the ATS.
  • Responds to hiring manager and job seeker inquiries
  • Recommends new approaches, goals, objectives, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements of the HR department
  • Documents and updates HR processes for use in providing support, training new team members and identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
  • Stays abreast of current laws and assists with development and implementation of policies
  • Compiles metrics and reporting data for statistical reporting as well as preparing and distributing adhoc and recurring reports.
  • Maintain timely and accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Serves as a technical resource for others on the use of the applicant tracking system.
  • Will be expected to perform any and all related duties as assigned by manager
