About The Position

We are seeking a highly capable HR professional with strong recruiting experience to join our HR team. This role will spend approximately 50% of time leading recruiting efforts across multiple NFI operating companies, with the remainder focused on HR operational support, cross-entity HR initiatives, and temporary coverage for HR roles when needed. This position plays an important role in supporting the continued growth of our organization by helping to build strong talent pipelines while also ensuring HR processes remain consistent and effective across entities. The ideal candidate enjoys both recruiting and operational HR work, is comfortable stepping in where needed, and has experience actively sourcing candidates and building recruiting pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including significant recruiting responsibility
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Experience proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct outreach, not just managing inbound applicants
  • Experience supporting HR generalist responsibilities such as onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
  • Comfortable working across multiple companies or business units
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; ability to run reports, work with HR systems, and support audits
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, and payroll systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple NFI entities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Recruit for a range of roles including manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, and corporate positions
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across manufacturing, distribution, operations, and corporate functions
  • Partner with leadership to define role requirements and recruiting strategies
  • Utilize LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify high-quality candidates
  • Support employer branding and recruiting process improvements
  • Provide temporary HR coverage for generalist roles during leaves or peak periods
  • Support onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
  • Serve as a backup resource for payroll processing across entities when needed
  • Assist with HR compliance, documentation, and employee file management
  • Partner with HR supervisors across NFI entities to standardize policies, procedures, and HR processes
  • Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and audits
  • Pull and analyze HR data from HRIS/payroll systems to support decision-making
  • Help drive operational consistency across multiple business units
