About The Position

The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist plays a key role in supporting Eagle Labs’ recruiting efforts and HR operations. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles while also supporting HR administration and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and highly dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain consistent communication with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting the broader HR team and business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now as an ATS/HRIS strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to other manufacturing locations.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
  • Draft, post, and manage job postings across job boards, social media, and company platforms.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  • Support recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and source effectiveness.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires including paperwork, orientation, and system setup.
  • Lead and facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring employees receive a comprehensive overview of company policies, procedures, culture, and expectations.
  • Partner with payroll, IT, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Assist the HR Manager with HR projects, reporting, and general HR operations as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide hiring managers with updates on recruiting progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Help maintain a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Track recruiting activity and provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen recruiting efficiency and workforce planning.
