About The Position

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern (Part time) to join the team! The primary focus of this role will be supporting talent acquisition efforts, including resume review, candidate screening, sourcing, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS). In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the intern will have the opportunity to assist with various HR projects and initiatives as time allows. Through our structured intern rotation program, this role provides valuable exposure to multiple HR disciplines, including payroll, benefits, HR business partnership, compliance, and more-offering a well-rounded understanding of what it means to be an HR professional. Position Location: 100% remote

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and/or recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Major or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Prior internship or work experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Experience reviewing resumes and conducting candidate screenings
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Exposure to sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, or other recruiting platforms
  • Administrative or project support experience in an office or HR environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or recruiting tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative recruiting tasks
  • Partner with HR team members on various projects and departmental priorities
  • Participate in weekly HR rotation program to gain exposure into other HR specialty areas
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
