As Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Trilon’s West Region, you will lead the hiring strategy for a rapidly expanding region that currently includes three partner firms and more than 1,500 employees, with significant growth ahead. This role is designed for a TA leader who wants to build, shape, and own something meaningful. You’ll guide a team of recruiters while partnering closely with regional and firm leadership to ensure hiring strategy aligns with business growth. As a member of the Trilon Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition and partnering closely with the West Region CPO, you’ll have both regional ownership and enterprise-level visibility.
