Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong networking ability and professional presence
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Passion for helping others grow professionally

Responsibilities

  • Identify and Recruit Top Talent Build relationships with professionals across Utah who are interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, and career growth.
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, professional groups, and community connections.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of future agency owners and insurance professionals.
  • Guide Candidates Through the Recruiting Process Conduct candidate interviews and initial career consultations.
  • Educate prospective candidates about the career opportunities available with Farmers Insurance.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the candidate selection process with leadership.
  • Support Candidate Onboarding & Development Assist selected candidates as they begin their journey with Farmers Insurance.
  • Help guide candidates through licensing, training, and early onboarding steps.
  • Support the successful integration of new agents into the agency network.
  • Build Strong Community Connections Attend networking events, career fairs, and professional gatherings throughout Utah.
  • Build relationships with universities, business groups, and professional associations.
  • Represent the Farmers Insurance brand as a career opportunity provider.
