About The Position

This professional position provides direction and oversight for corporate-wide talent acquisition (recruitment and selection), new hire processing, personnel records management and audits. Also assists with the PMS Foundation and acts as Staurolite Editor for Recruitment/HR documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field plus five years related professional experience.
  • Two years supervisory experience required.
  • Computer experience required; proficiency with spreadsheet, database/HRIS & word processing programs.
  • Professional HR certification strongly preferred.
