THE ROLE As a Talent Acquisition Operations and Enablement Analyst within Everpure’s Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TACoE), you will sit in the Enablement group and report into the Manager, TA Enablement. You will be a key contributor to Everpure’s recruitment efficiency by supporting the standard tools and workflows that power our global hiring. You will bridge the gap between process design and team readiness, ensuring our Talent Acquisition team has the documentation and training they need. By collaborating with TA partners, you will help maintain a consistent, high-quality hiring experience that allows us to scale with precision.

Requirements

  • Developing Professional Expertise: Experience applying professional concepts and company policies to resolve a variety of operational or administrative tasks within a high-growth environment.
  • Clear Communication & Facilitation: Ability to explain routine processes clearly to others and comfort presenting technical “how-to” information to small or mid-sized groups.
  • Operational Proficiency: Proven ability to triage and resolve problems of moderate scope in a fast-paced environment—You are an expert at calmly “firefighting” competing requests, untangling messy programs or workflows, and applying sound judgment within defined procedures to restore accuracy, consistency, and flow.
  • Efficiency Mindset: You have a natural inclination towards streamlining processes and maximizing output. This includes practical experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) to maintain data integrity, as well as the ability to review Tableau dashboards and glean insights. You don’t just look at a report; you proactively build or request data visualizations to identify bottlenecks and improve overall team performance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Preferred practical experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse desirable),and ability to learn data visualization tools like Tableau to pull and format reports.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Process Standards: Own the updates and maintenance of global TA process documentation (SOPs), ensuring all guides remain accurate and accessible for TA and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate Enablement Activities: Execute parts of the broader enablement plan by hosting routine training sessions and office hours to help team members master new tools or workflow changes.
  • Support Tool Optimization: Assist in the day-to-day functional health of our recruitment tech stack (Greenhouse, Gem, HackerRank, LinkedIn Recruiter), troubleshooting routine user issues and helping to identify areas for workflow simplification.
  • Monitor Operational Health: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing TA leadership with the foundational data needed to evaluate process health and training effectiveness.
  • Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a primary contributor to the TA Knowledgebase, ensuring that internal resources are organized, up-to-date, and easy for the global team to navigate
  • Develop Training Materials: Create and maintain comprehensive training resources, including slide decks, quick-reference guides, and communications, to support the rollout of new TA processes and technology.
