The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment for Director-level and above roles across the organization. Acting as an internal retained search partner, this role leads executive-level searches end to end—developing sourcing strategies, engaging passive talent, assessing executive fit, and guiding leaders through the selection and offer process. This position plays a critical role in attracting and hiring high-impact leaders aligned with Ensemble’s mission, values, and culture.
