Blink Ops is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in and lead the recruitment processes in the US. As a rapidly growing startup specializing in security automation, we are dedicated to building a team of top-tier professionals who share our passion for innovation and excellence. The position is remote and preferred locations would be in the East Coast or Central US.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role within the tech industry, preferably in startup environments in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for GTM roles in the US, with a deep understanding of the talent market and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on evolving business needs and market trends.
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools, including AI-based sourcing technologies, to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
  • MUST be able to live and work in the United states, this is a remote position within the US borders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles, with a strong focus on technical positions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events and other cutting-edge tools including AI-based.
  • Constantly improve sourcing strategies by exploring new and creative ideas, tools, and channels to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and provide guidance on best practices for attracting top talent.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting Blink Ops' values and culture.
  • Enhance our employer brand by representing Blink Ops at industry events, developing recruitment marketing materials, and leveraging social media to showcase our culture and opportunities.
