About The Position

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team and help us attract and hire top talent across the U.S . This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruiting role, focused on technical positions, where you’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure a fast, high-quality hiring process and an exceptional candidate experience. This role plays a key part in our growth- helping us bring in great people, strengthen our culture, and keep the momentum going as we scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a global tech/startup environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn (including Boolean search)
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with an eye for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • A proactive, hands-on professional who knows how to bring in the right people.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret recruitment data.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - must

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS - a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from defining roles, sourcing, and screening to structured interviews, reference checks, and onboarding - ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand.
  • Conduct direct sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop innovative engagement strategies and implement consistent processes that attract the right talent to Oasis security.
  • Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers, serving as the go-to partner for all hiring needs.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure smooth scheduling and logistics.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruiting partners and manage their performance.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience - timely, transparent, and personal.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding and recruiting campaigns.
  • Ensure a smooth, positive recruitment experience that strengthens Oasis Security employer brand.
  • Use data-driven insights to advise hiring teams, celebrating successes and quickly addressing areas that need improvement or adjustments.
