The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles across assigned clinics. Reporting to the Manager – Talent Acquisition, this role translates workforce priorities into disciplined recruiting execution aligned to clinic-level forecasts and hiring timelines. The Talent Acquisition Partner owns day-to-day sourcing, screening, offer delivery, and candidate closing within established compensation guardrails, while partnering closely with clinic leaders to ensure timely, high-quality hires that support consistent access to services. This role balances speed, quality, consistency, and candidate experience in a competitive ABA labor market.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent AND 2-3 years progressive experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition roles supporting high-volume or service-based hiring.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field AND 1-2 years experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition roles supporting frontline or service-based hiring.
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive labor markets (required).
  • Proficiency using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and communication (required).
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple requisitions (required).
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills (required).
  • Ability to partner effectively with clinic and operational leaders to progress candidates through the hiring process (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience for BT, RBT, or other frontline healthcare roles (preferred).
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and prior experience working as a BT or RBT (preferred).
  • Experience in clinic-based, healthcare, or behavioral health service environments (preferred).
  • Experience handling candidate objections and driving offer acceptance in competitive markets (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting execution for BT and RBT roles, including sourcing, phone screening, coordinating interviews, offer delivery, and closing.
  • Manage high-volume requisitions aligned to forecasted clinic needs and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain accountability for hiring outcomes, including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates; escalate risks as needed.
  • Partner with onboarding operations to ensure accurate and timely candidate handoff following accepted offers, particularly in time-sensitive hiring situations.
  • Build and maintain sustainable BT and RBT candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, community outreach, and direct candidate engagement.
  • Adjust sourcing and outreach tactics based on clinic demand, candidate availability, and market conditions.
  • Partner with the Manager – Talent Acquisition to share pipeline insights, execution challenges, and hiring risks.
  • Conduct structured phone screens to assess qualifications, schedule reliability, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate on-site interviews with Clinic Directors and ensure timely scheduling and candidate preparation.
  • Provide professional, timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend and explain BT and RBT employment offers within established compensation frameworks and approval guidelines.
  • Address candidate questions and objections, driving timely acceptance while maintaining equity and consistency.
  • Escalate exceptions, delays, or competitive challenges to the Manager – Talent Acquisition.
  • Identify candidates interested in pursuing BCBA credentialing and appropriately refer eligible individuals to Fieldwork Program leadership for consideration.
  • Partner closely with Clinic Directors and operational leaders to align on hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with recruiting operations or coordination support, when available, while retaining accountability for hiring outcomes.
