The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a partner to hiring managers, owning the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions. This person will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while fostering strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated ability to independently manage a busy workload and drive successful, proactive hiring outcomes. We’re specifically seeking someone who has managed recruitment workflows in small, growing companies or startups and someone comfortable operating in a lean environment, balancing hands-on recruiting with process improvement. The ideal candidate has experience managing full-cycle recruitment while also helping to design and optimize hiring processes, tools, and candidate experiences.
