The Senior Recruiter (Contract) is responsible for full life cycle recruiting support for exempt job openings across our North America Professional function including Accounting/Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement and Technology. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify and implement effective recruitment strategies, metrics (qualitative and quantitative) and activity tracking. There is a strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, active recruiter reach-out to talent, complex internet searches and research. In addition, you will ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent communication throughout the process, including the sharing of feedback post interview and after a hiring decision has been made. You will act as a Talent Acquisition business partner for all things related to talent workforce market analysis, talent attraction, recruitment, and hiring. This position is a remote contract position with an estimated duration of 6 months.
