About The Position

The Senior Recruiter (Contract) is responsible for full life cycle recruiting support for exempt job openings across our North America Professional function including Accounting/Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement and Technology. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify and implement effective recruitment strategies, metrics (qualitative and quantitative) and activity tracking. There is a strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, active recruiter reach-out to talent, complex internet searches and research. In addition, you will ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent communication throughout the process, including the sharing of feedback post interview and after a hiring decision has been made. You will act as a Talent Acquisition business partner for all things related to talent workforce market analysis, talent attraction, recruitment, and hiring. This position is a remote contract position with an estimated duration of 6 months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7 + years’ experience of full life-cycle recruiting experience supporting exempt hiring
  • Experience recruiting and supporting Corporate function positions
  • Previous experience with Workday ATS preferred
  • Proven ability bringing top talent through the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights and other tools focused on talent sourcing and talent workforce market intelligence.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools including Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Video conferencing, Drives
  • Must have experience using Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)
  • Independent worker, a self-starter, detail oriented, team player, analytical and have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen to partner, consult, influence and build relationships with business partners, leaders and teammates of all levels
  • Customer centric focusing on the hiring manager, candidate, and customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake call/sourcing/interview through offer development and delivery.
  • Develop sourcing strategies based on workforce market data, job intake meeting requirements to build a slate of qualified talent.
  • Execute talent sourcing, evaluate applicant qualifications via video screening, provide detailed interview feedback and recommendation to hiring manager, build and extend competitive offers
  • Maintain and uphold Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance
  • Be data driven and use recruitment reporting and analytics to influence decisions
  • Utilize Workday ATS to provide efficient and timely applicant disposition status through each step of the recruitment process.
  • Strong partnership and influencing skills with all levels of management and demonstrate a consultative approach to sourcing/recruiting.
