About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer for an open-ended, long-term contract role. This position is vital in finding and selecting candidates to determine their cultural fit and suitability for roles within our Advanced Facilities Group builds.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and talent sourcing.
  • Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates for high-level construction roles.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other platforms to source candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruiting within the construction industry is preferred.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with passive candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Source candidates for high-level construction roles such as Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators.
  • Conduct initial engagement with candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Seniors and Managers to advance candidates through the hiring process.
