About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our growing Talent Acquisition team during a period of expansion. In this role, you will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner to build strong talent pipelines and assist in executing recruiting operations. This role is primarily focused on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline development, while also supporting interview coordination and recruiting logistics as needed. The ideal candidate is research-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position is based at our corporate office in downtown Tampa, FL and does not offer remote or hybrid work. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week).

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house).
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Strong Boolean search capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and scheduling needs simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills for outreach messaging.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technical, cybersecurity, or SaaS hiring preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking groups, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and generate interest in open roles.
  • Perform preliminary screens to assess alignment with role requirements.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to refine candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
  • Assist with interview coordination, including scheduling phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.
  • Support the interview process by tracking candidate progress and ensuring timely feedback collection.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout early stages of the process.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and sourcing metrics to the Talent Acquisition team.
