About The Position

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities for high volume candidate groups monthly.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven hands-on experience in recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels and selection tools

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in high volume recruiting a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment process for high volume candidates
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews
  • Coordinate background check and gaming board application process
  • Help lead new hire orientation, checking paperwork and presenting as required
  • Update internal tracking systems
  • Weekly reporting of recruiting results
  • Participate in process improvement for Talent Acquisition Department
  • Support Human Resources with administrative and employee related matters when needed
  • Participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events
