About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates closely with leadership to understand staffing needs then develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. They are responsible for the full cycle recruiting process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A minimum of one (1) year of full cycle recruiting experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient with ATS
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and the public.
• Must be well organized and detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of recruiting experience
• Healthcare recruiting experience
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to healthcare.
• Partner with organizational leaders to identify staffing needs and execute a recruiting strategy.
• Develop or update job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline by tracking candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and recommendations.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and trends to management.
• Ensure the organization is meeting or exceeding talent acquisition metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
