Requirements

At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Experience working in an ATS, such as Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines and workflows.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, a strong presence on LinkedIn, and a passion for fostering meaningful connections.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and standards, with the ability to effectively multitask and stay organized while managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey enthusiasm and professionalism.
A self-starter with high ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
Resilient and able to bounce back quickly when things don't go as planned, or you are up against a difficult outcome.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive relationship management.
Actively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking events, and other sourcing channels.
Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on job boards, professional networks, and internal systems.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and hiring goals.
Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates' fit and qualifications.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and team members.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, SLAs, and pipeline activity.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities across various platforms.
Stay up-to-date on talent acquisition trends and implement best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.
Ensure a top-notch candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and an engaging recruitment process.
Collaborate on special projects, such as career fair planning, diversity hiring initiatives, and process optimizations.
Utilize tools such as Greenhouse, Slack, Google Suite, and, where applicable, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
