About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruiting process. Working closely with the Corporate Recruiter and HR Director, you will help build a strong talent pipeline, coordinate high-volume scheduling, and ensure every person who interacts with LoadUp has an exceptional experience. This is a role for a "hunter" who loves the puzzle of finding the right person for the right seat.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in recruiting or HR (strong internships count!); experience in a high-growth or tech environment is a major plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Google Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication: Superior verbal and written skills. You can "sell" the LoadUp vision to anyone.
  • Organizational Grit: High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mindset: A customer-service heart with a "closer" mentality.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Teamtailor, Rippling, or Evergreen is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Scouting: Hunt for active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and creative networking channels.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess qualifications and, more importantly, "LoadUp" cultural fit.
  • The Logistics Engine: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring the process is smooth and timely.
  • Brand Ambassador: Post and manage job listings while promoting our employer brand at career fairs and networking events.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date records in our ATS and track key metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in extending offers and collecting pre-employment documentation to ensure a "Day 1" win for new hires.
