About The Position

This is how you WOW: Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization. Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Facilitate weekly new hire orientation for new hires in person and virtually Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Develop strong relationships and partner with Hiring Manager, business leaders and HR. Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process. Manage and optimize the company’s presence on third-party review sites, such as Glassdoor and Indeed. Additionally, please oversee updates to the "Careers" page to ensure it reflects our current DEI initiatives and cultural milestones. Track key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity. Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors) to include but not limited to, ensuring system accuracy. Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines and assist recruitment to design all performance standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience utilizing an applicant tracking system, Success Factors preferential
  • Two plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding, and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization.
  • Understands and uses Google Workspace, i.e., Word and Excel, and Outlook Calendar.
  • Experience with creating and reporting metrics is required.
