About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring processes across both technical and non-technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent, ensuring adherence to consistent global recruiting standards. This position combines strategic sourcing, hands-on recruitment, and a data-driven approach to build diverse talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Experience with full cycle recruiting processes.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to create and utilize Boolean Searches for sourcing candidates.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, either in an agency or corporate setting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
