Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to help DoiT achieve its strategic goals. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process—with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and prospecting—to build and manage global pipelines for roles across North America, LATAM and EMEA. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand role requirements and drive outreach efforts that target both active and passive talent aligned to our business priorities. Using data-driven insights, you’ll ensure we consistently deliver high-quality hires that advance our strategic direction. You’ll also contribute to our DEI initiatives, talent branding efforts, and help shape a more inclusive workplace. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the tech market and experience leading full-cycle recruitment processes, with a focus on engaging passive candidates.
