As a Talent Consultant, Supervising Associate, you will be central to that mission—partnering closely with our professionals to provide impactful, people‑focused HR services. Your key responsibilities In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the Financial Services Organization’s (FSO) Consulting practice. Working in close partnership with other Talent team members, you will execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy. Responsibilities include implementing key processes—such as performance management, compensation, and career development—while addressing a wide range of employee inquiries and advising business leaders on people‑related matters. You will also gather and analyze data related to staffing, headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage a diverse and fast‑moving portfolio of projects
  • Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence leaders and support adoption of new programs and change initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of relevant HR or Talent‑related experience

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a professional services environment or complex matrix organization
