Requirements

  • Advanced communication skills
  • Experience in Excel
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-funtionally with multiple departments
  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong phone communication

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage onboarding for New Hires in ADP
  • Process and monitor background checks and pre-employment requirements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires from manager interview to start date
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers regarding new hire’s statuses
  • Ensure all deadlines are met with required documents
  • Maintain organized and updated trackers
