About The Position

BluePearl is hiring a Talent & Culture Manager! This role must be located within 50 miles of one of our hub locations: Vancouver, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Manhattan, NY; or Tampa, FL. In this role, you will design and implement talent management tools and programs that support the organization’s overall talent strategy and help drive engagement, development, and performance across the business. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field required.
  • 7+ years’ relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Partners and supports developing and implementing processes that support objectives in the areas of associate engagement, performance management, key talent/high-potential development, leadership development, workforce planning, change management, strategic planning, and team performance.
  • Support efforts to enhance bench strength and the retention of key talent through succession planning, executive development, and coaching, etc.
  • Responsible for the implementation and ongoing oversight of the Talent business process within Workday and all processes related to annual performance reviews, associate development, and objective setting.
  • Ownership of annual Mars Associate Survey administration including the preparation, education, communication, and deployment of the survey. Uses data to provide insights, coaching, and recommendations for solutions.
  • Monitors, tracks, and updates defined project plans to report project status, risks, and completion requirements. Monitors and executes communication and schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compiles and produces informative and educational materials, job aids, webinars, eLearnings, audio visuals and workshops based on identified talent needs.
  • Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
  • Supports P&O Business Partners to resolve workforce and organizational capability issues and develop long-term strategies that address identified capability gaps.
  • Partners with P&O Business Partner team and business unit leaders on key talent initiatives to ensure the business has the people and capabilities required to achieve current and future success.
  • Leads/participates on enterprise-wide initiatives related to talent management, development, and associate engagement.
  • Optimizes talent management systems, standards, and tools aligned with customer needs to obtain workforce performance, desired culture, and individual effectiveness.
  • Partners with outside consultants and negotiates cost-effective programs as required.
  • Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations and proposals to management.
  • Delivers leadership development courses and programs in alignment with the organization’s goals.
  • Provides leadership on projects with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams within BluePearl.
  • Develops, plans, and implements strategies aimed at building organizational performance.
  • Influences strategic direction, develops tactical plans, and completes complex assignments.
  • Conducts talent management sessions, including but not limited to Talent Review Meetings and Performance Rating Calibration sessions for leadership across the organization.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
