Position Overview: Our internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited university or college who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work. The Talent Development Intern will gain knowledge in multiple areas of the organization while working on various projects throughout the summer.

Requirements

  • Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in a Business, Communications or related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • Has completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of May 2026 or later.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (such as: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. )
  • Experience creating video content, editing and delivering finished product.
  • Experience with Adobe Premier Pro and Davinci Resolve.
  • Experience in coordination or planning of events and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Global Talent team and HR stakeholders to support enterprise‑wide talent initiatives.
  • Prepare clear, polished presentations, communications, and materials for internal audiences.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure programs and events run smoothly as needed.
  • Capture, edit, and produce short‑form videos to elevate program storytelling, highlight key moments, and support Talent Development communications.
  • Assist with planning and executing BI&D events, communications, and initiatives that strengthen a culture of belonging.
  • Support research, data collection, and analysis to inform BI&D strategies and measure impact.
  • Contribute to career development initiatives by helping design resources, coordinate programming, and support tools that empower employee growth.
  • Help develop and refine learning materials, guides, and resources that support employee development.
  • Assist with coordinating and delivering development sessions, workshops, and cohort‑based learning experiences.
  • Attend professional development activities, including a professional development week at our corporate headquarters in Colorado.
