The Talent Development Manager is a trusted partner, with a proactive nature, impeccable attention to detail and ability to improve processes. This person will support the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Development and Agency leaders through leading our Learning & Development initiatives and Employee Engagement program. This role leads the Learning and Development Programs for team members across our global offices including New Hire Orientation, Leadership Development, Talent Developer Workshops (manager training), and Wellness Programming. This role partners with the different workstreams within the HR team and leaders across the organization. This role also supports our Employee Engagement program through data collection, reporting and partnering with leadership through strategic engagement plans. The right person for this role is an experienced facilitator with a track record of facilitating engaging virtual and in-person learning environments. This person has a strategic mindset with a focus on how our L&D programming can fuel employee development, engagement, culture and business objectives. This role is supported by the Sr. Coordinator, Talent Operations & Systems who leads system administration and reporting efforts.
