Brale is hiring its first Talent Lead to own and build our talent function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for full-cycle recruiting today and for designing the talent acquisition discipline that will support Braleʼs growth over the coming years. This role is ideal for someone who has deep fintech and/or crypto recruiting experience, a strong existing talent network, and who enjoys operating personally as a recruiter while also building scalable processes. You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define roles, attract top-tier candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
