About The Position

As a Talent Strategist, you’ll partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and hire top talent that aligns with our values and drives future growth. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, communicate our employee value proposition, and build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies. This role is key to strengthening our workforce and supporting organizational expansion.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
  • PHR or similar certification.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple locations.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership through exceptional service and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Leverage referrals from employees and industry contacts to expand talent networks.
  • Lead college recruiting initiatives, including career fairs and campus events (travel required in February and September).
  • Conduct job intake meetings to define role requirements and expectations.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and market opportunities to candidates.
  • Manage candidate assessments, references, interviews, and compliance checks to ensure cultural and role fit.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process for an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews and present top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Train hiring managers on recruiting best practices, EEO compliance, and behavioral interviewing.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies for specialized hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR for compliance reporting and recruitment metrics.
