About The Position

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and expansion of annual talent management initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring employees have access to effective feedback and performance management tools, while contributing to the alignment of individual performance with organizational goals. This role is a part of the HR Business Partner and Talent Management team, reporting to the Manager, Talent Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or performance management.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and performance management tools, preferably Workday.
  • Comfortable with building company-wide and executive-facing materials, preferably with strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
  • Comfortable using data to track progress, identify trends, and report results.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage logistics for learning and development programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and expansion of annual talent management initiatives including performance management, promotions, goal setting, performance check-ins, anytime feedback, 360s, etc.
  • Provide support and training to build end user knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following key areas: Talent Reviews and N-Box Calibration, Succession Planning, and Performance Management.
  • Partner with SSC leaders and PCBPs to host Talent Reviews and Calibration Meetings for Sr. Manager and below.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining succession and development plans for Senior Manager critical positions and HiPo talent.
  • Support managers in utilizing tools and frameworks to assess and drive employee performance.
  • Assist in the design of performance improvement plans and career development pathways for employees.
  • Help track talent data and compile reports to identify trends and development needs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from current talent management processes to improve future programs.
  • Use data insights to recommend improvements in performance management processes.
