The TM Systems & Automation Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing automated Human Resources processes and systems that support the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management, this role serves as a technical and functional expert in HR technology, workflow automation, workforce planning analytics, talent acquisition systems, talent development platforms, and learning management systems (LMS). The Talent Data & Analytics Specialist serves as a liaison between the talent management team and teams across UF Advancement to identify data and insights that help inform our talent strategies. This role will require strong project management skills and analytical capabilities to provide data-driven recommendations.
