Atlas is a work-from-office company with flexibility to work remotely as needed, supporting work-life integration. The Manager of Talent & Operational Enablement is part systems strategist, part workplace architect. You’ll help us attract, develop, and retain top Talent, while also streamlining the behind-the-scenes operations that power it all. This hybrid role is roughly 85% Talent & Culture (onboarding, offboarding, L&D, cultural programming, and business partnering) and 15% Operational Enablement (cross-functional workflows, automation, and tech tools that support the broader business). This role demands a highly adaptive candidate with proven change management experience. You’ll thrive in dynamic environments, quickly adjust to evolving priorities, and embody reflexiveness, anticipating, responding, and pivoting to support Atlas’s continued operational excellence and growth. You’ll turn insights into playbooks, friction into flow, and one-off processes into sustainable systems. Whether ensuring a new Team Member feels supported or helping retire manual workflows, you’ll be the quiet engine driving clarity and consistency across Atlas. Requirements

  • 3+ years in people development, Talent Ops, L&D, or operational enablement roles
  • Proficiency in tools like Paylocity, Articulate, and Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, CoPilot, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Project management chops and a bias for execution
  • Possess conflict management skills
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a proactive communication style
  • Strategic mindset paired with get-it-done energy
  • Passion for iterating systems and optimizing repeat processes for clarity and flow

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in LMS, specifically Articulate 360 is desirable
  • Previous experience with HRIS such as Paylocity is desirable
  • Previous experience in Real Estate Industry

  • Deliver refreshers and upskill sessions for hiring managers and team leads
  • Help plan and deliver internal offsites and cross-Team Member development sessions
  • Build engaging content in our Learning Management System (LMS) using Paylocity and Articulate
  • Align learning initiatives to the Future Skills Report (World Economic Forum external reference)
  • Co-design 90-day onboarding plans with managers
  • Launch and analyze 30-60-90-day feedback loops
  • Deliver engaging benefits orientations
  • Manage provisioning logistics (Paylocity, fobs, accounts)
  • Facilitate I-9s and verify tax documentation
  • Handle all Day 1 logistics, including swag prep, onboarding packets, and welcome touches that set the tone
  • Guide managers through Team Member exits
  • Conduct optional exit interviews and analyze themes
  • Send termination docs via DocuSign and manage final details (folders, letters, separation forms)
  • Analyze engagement survey data and help convert insights into action
  • Collaborate on policy refreshes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain and report on key Talent metrics, including discretionary time off (DTO), headcount, and engagement trends
  • Handle employee relations issues with care and discretion
  • Manage unemployment insurance claims and related documentation
  • Coordinate and support workers compensation cases as needed
  • Run Winning Summer and other morale-building initiatives
  • Coordinate Atlas Gives Back programs like Habitat for Humanity and holiday drives
  • Support food and cultural moments for satellite offices
  • Administer Atlas recognition programs and meaningfully spotlight Team Members
  • Write and curate content for the Talent & Culture Newsletter and All Atlas meetings
  • Manage award submissions and nominations for Atlas and its Team Members across industry and community platforms
  • And assigned duties as needed
  • Identify and remove operational friction across teams and roles
  • Pilot, document, and optimize workflows alongside stakeholders
  • Recommend or implement tech to cut down manual labor and eliminate redundant steps
  • Use tools like Paylocity, macros and scripts, and AI helpers to automate and enhance efficiency
  • Standardize and automate repeatable processes to reduce inefficiencies
  • Audit systems and workflows for speed, clarity, and usability
  • Curate internal knowledge hubs that reduce barriers to information access
  • Implement systems that reinforce clarity and support high-quality, sustainable work
  • And assigned duties as needed
