About The Position

Fyxer is scaling its US Go-to-Market engine. We are looking for a Talent Partner who is a specialist in identifying, engaging, and closing elite GTM talent. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on the "sharp end" of recruitment: sourcing, outreach, and execution. You will be the dedicated recruiting partner for Jonathon Blackburn (CRO) and Vio (CCO), acting as the engine room for our North American expansion. This isn't a "management" role; it’s a role for a recruiter who loves being in the trenches and owning the entire GTM funnel. Over the past year, Fyxer has grown from $1M to $30M in ARR. To hit our next milestones, we need a recruiter who treats sourcing like a sales process. We don’t just post ads and wait; we proactively hunt for the top 1% of SaaS talent who aren't currently looking for a job. The Trajectory: We grew from $1M to $30M ARR with a team of just 12. We are on track for $100M ARR by the end of 2026. The Evidence: Ranked 7th in Andreessen Horowitz’s list of top AI apps. Every other company in that top 10 is valued at $10B+. We are the outlier. The Culture of Agency: We hire exceptional people, give them total ownership, and get out of their way. Zero Bureaucracy: No slow-motion decision-making. No "alignment" meetings for the sake of it.

Requirements

  • The GTM Specialist: You have a proven track record of hiring high-performing sales teams in high-growth SaaS or AI environments. You know the difference between a "good" AE and a "Fyxer" AE.
  • A Sourcing Native: You pride yourself on your ability to find anyone. You view sourcing as a craft and enjoy the hunt more than the administration.
  • Individual Contributor Mindset: You want to own your desk. You aren't looking to manage a team or "delegate" the hard work—you want to be the person who makes the hires.
  • Bias for Action: You operate with a sense of urgency. You understand that in a $1M-to-$30M ARR environment, "slow" is the same as "failing."
  • Pitch-Perfect: You can sell the Fyxer vision to skeptical, high-earning candidates and handle complex US-market negotiations with ease.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle GTM Execution: Own the end-to-end process for AEs, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers. You are responsible for the "Top of Funnel" through to the signed offer.
  • Heavyweight Sourcing: Move beyond LinkedIn InMail. You will build creative sourcing strategies to find and engage "passive" GTM talent in a highly competitive US market.
  • High-Velocity Hiring: Manage a consistent pipeline to scale the US team from ~10 to 50+ people with speed and precision.
  • Direct Partnership: Work daily with the CRO and CCO to calibrate profiles. You’ll be expected to provide real-time market feedback on why candidates are (or aren’t) moving.
  • Process Rigor: Maintain a clean, data-driven pipeline using AI-enabled tools to ensure no high-value candidate falls through the cracks.
