Fyxer is scaling its US Go-to-Market engine. We are looking for a Talent Partner who is a specialist in identifying, engaging, and closing elite GTM talent. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on the "sharp end" of recruitment: sourcing, outreach, and execution. You will be the dedicated recruiting partner for Jonathon Blackburn (CRO) and Vio (CCO), acting as the engine room for our North American expansion. This isn't a "management" role; it’s a role for a recruiter who loves being in the trenches and owning the entire GTM funnel. Over the past year, Fyxer has grown from $1M to $30M in ARR. To hit our next milestones, we need a recruiter who treats sourcing like a sales process. We don’t just post ads and wait; we proactively hunt for the top 1% of SaaS talent who aren't currently looking for a job. The Trajectory: We grew from $1M to $30M ARR with a team of just 12. We are on track for $100M ARR by the end of 2026. The Evidence: Ranked 7th in Andreessen Horowitz’s list of top AI apps. Every other company in that top 10 is valued at $10B+. We are the outlier.
