This role is responsible for enabling high performance and career growth through the design, development, and implementation of our early-in-career talent programs. Talent programs such as Sponsorship and Mentoring, and experiences with a lens of the Inclusion and Belonging initiative. Incorporates Inclusion and Belonging perspective information and learning and development practices and trends, this role manages the successful execution of Shawmut’s Talent programs across the country.
