About The Position

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role is based in our Chicago, IL location. LinkedIn is seeking an Acquisition Sales Director to join our Global Small Business and Acquisition (GSA) organization for our Talent Solutions business. This is a second line leader role leading our Chicago based new business Account Executive team of 5-6 managers and approx. 50+ individual contributors spanning SMB, MM, and ENT. The primary focus will be leading and developing both managers and reps as well as collaborating with cross functionals and peer Acquisition Directors to drive new business acquisition dollars and logos.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer facing & revenue generating roles
  • 5+ years in sales leadership

  • Managed and developed high-performing sales teams with proven results.
