About The Position

The Talent Sourcer plays a key role within the Talent Acquisition team by partnering closely with Recruiters and hiring stakeholders to identify, engage, and qualify top talent. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and strategic outreach to support hiring needs across the organization.

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards such as Indeed
Ability to effectively engage candidates via messaging, email, and phone
Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
Comfortable supporting multiple requisitions and managing shifting priorities

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring priorities
Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and additional sourcing channels
Identify, engage, and nurture both active and passive candidates through direct outreach
Conduct initial screens to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and interest in opportunities
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Track sourcing activity, candidate data, and progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Provide qualified candidate leads to Recruiters for next‑step interviews
