The Talent Specialist will play an important role within the HR team, identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. This position will lead full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of roles, including hourly and salaried field positions, project management, preconstruction, safety, and support functions (IT, Accounting, Marketing, HR, etc). This role will support the entire company by partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience. Success in this position requires strong organization, confident communication (English and Spanish), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
