You know that the world is changing and that companies need to change too – connecting business and talent strategies at a global scale. You seek to understand client workforces and help them reinvent how work gets done—moving from analysis to action, from insight to implementation . You leverage AI and analytics to craft talent strategies and new skilling approaches that fit a client’s unique needs. In fact, your experience in the field makes you a leader that people look to for advice while your people and storytelling skills mean you have no problem helping clients understand their choices. As a Manager , you have proven experience to design and lead our best teams to solve complex workforce reinvention challenges—and you drive on-the-ground change, not just analyze it.
