About The Position

The Talent Success Partner will report into the Head of Talent Success and will serve as a strategic and consultative business partner for designated departments and leaders. This role supports directors to employees across the full employee lifecycle, providing guidance in employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent processes. The Talent Success Partner combines business acumen with HR expertise to coach leaders, resolve complex people issues, and support the creation of high performing, engaged teams. You’ll stand out if you’ve worked in a small or growing organization and know how to pair strategic thinking with hands-on execution. CPG experience is a plus. You’re curious, adaptable, and energized by getting things done while building trusted and authentic relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years progressive HR experience
  • Strong employee relations and performance management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience as a HR Generalist, HRBP or advisory role.
  • Experience in ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse, and Microsoft Suite
  • CPG experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Talent Success contact for assigned departments, advising directors and managers on people-related strategies, decisions, and challenges.
  • Support workforce planning, team effectiveness, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Manage ER intake and cases, including conflict resolution, coaching, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
  • Provide proactive solutions to reduce risk and improve workplace climate.
  • Partner with hiring managers on job scoping, candidate selection, and interview decisions.
  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires experience a smooth transition and alignment with policies.
  • Guide directors and managers through performance review cycles, goal setting, documentation, and performance improvement plans.
  • Coach leaders in developing and retaining high-performing employees.
  • Interpret and apply policies; ensure consistent, fair handling of employee matters.
  • Support compliance requirements and audit processes.
  • Ensure collection of accurate employee data and documentation.
  • Add other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
