About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on General Laborer to operate our tapping machine on 1st shift. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consistent, steady-paced work and takes pride in producing quality parts. The position includes opportunities to occasionally sit while running the tapper, depending on job flow and machine needs.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift (with the ability to sit intermittently while operating)
• Good attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and stay on task

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Operate the tapping machine safely and efficiently
• Load/unload parts and ensure correct orientation
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of the work area
• Follow standard work instructions and production requirements
• Support general labor tasks as needed
