Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Contracts Administrator - Senior - to support this mission at MacDill Air Force Base , Florida . Responsibilities: As a Task Area Lead - Configuration Manager , you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: Serves as a lead expert in designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive Configuration Change Management (CCM) processes for the C2ISR transport program. Leads and manages multiple CM teams or a large, complex CM department, setting performance goals, assigning Risk Owners for Task 9 in concert with the TO Risk Register, providing technical and professional development, and ensuring adherence to enterprise standards. Architects and oversees the implementation of advanced CMDB structures, configuration baselines, and version control strategies to maintain comprehensive traceability of design modifications across all C2ISR assets. Directs and controls all Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities, establishing meeting cadences, defining decision criteria, and ensuring effective interaction with key stakeholders (e.g., Systems Engineers, Project Leads, Government joint agencies). Provides expert CM support that enables continuous infrastructure management, ensuring high integrity and compliance throughout the system lifecycle, and advises on complex configuration identification strategies. Manages the development and enforcement of enterprise-level formats, templates, and numbering schemes for all required configuration management deliverables, ensuring standardization and quality. Functions as a technical expert in CCM, anticipating strategic documentation needs, and ensuring robust, adaptable, and high-quality information resources for C2ISR operational readiness. Utilize the following Role-Specific Tools: Configuration Management Database (CMDB), version control systems, audit templates, traceability dashboards. Leads Task 9 transition activities, supporting the Task Order Program Manager and Transition Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring Knowledge Transfer (KT) during transition in accordance with the Peraton Transition Methodology (PTM): supports task planning by reporting on project schedules and deliverables; updates the Transition Performance Dashboard (TPD) for AAS and command review; manages, coordinates, and facilitates the start-up and transition schedule in coordination with the Transition Manager; monitors individual project schedules and provides updates to the IMS; and reports status, progress, forecasts, and risks/issues to critical path to the Transition Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Task Lead/Configuration Management Manager or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the C CMD leve l
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience with BS/BA degree, or 6 years’ experience with an MS/MA degree, or 3 years’ experience with a PhD.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is ITIL V4 Foundation or newer / equivalent certs may be acceptable

Nice To Haves

  • DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
